As I woke up this morning and attempted to work off that
thanksgiving turkey, it occurred to me:  no matter what industry
you’re in, quality HAS to be number one.

So I started thinking, what do we have to do to create quality?

First, it starts with a vision.

Second, we need a plan.

Third, we need some action to get a great outcome.

One of my clients, Caleb Kullman, is the perfect example of this.
He is quite possibly the best architectural blacksmith in
Colorado.

By good fortune, I had a chance to work with him to take his
vision and make it into a great outcome.
